Mindset Shift: Growing in Self-Love

Growing in self-love is a beautiful process! Champ Restoration categorizes relationships, including self-love, as a primary food. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors presented in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and  spiritual growth are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

This primary food of relationships, in particular the one with self, is best to be cultivated at an early age, as to allow for healthier decisions to be made throughout life. However, life often does not unfold in an ideal manner. I believe that life's challenges are a purposeful training ground and K. Michelle, a talented vocalist, is truly on her way to her highest purpose. Fueled by her transparency, she has launched herself to reach the hearts of so many, especially young girls and grown women. Picture if we all constantly reflected on our poor decisions with such raw honesty and had courage to seek consultation. Growth, joy, and purpose are inevitable outcomes.

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to how we view ourselves, make decisions, and nourish ourselves. I work with my Champ Restoration clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book. We all have needed a wise and informed "guide on the side" of our wild ride in growth, betterment, and health. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
