Champ Restoration is a life and wellness education and coaching resource. This resource offers solutions for exhausted educators to elevate life and wellness in power, poise, and purpose. Here we enable participants to move from superwomen to restored women with perpetual wins and confidence. We shift women of faith to get out of the mentality of helping everyone else but themselves. We move mindsets from overwhelmed to overflow and put clients in a position to receive. The goal is to renew the mind, body, and soul for optimal use to sustain wellness and complete the work God has assigned you.
